The Applicant Shall enter his/ her Bank Challan on the Online Application Form.
4. Application fee for
   • BS-11 to 16 = Rs. 500/-
   • BPS 17 & Above = Rs.2000/-
5. Candidates should get a print of the online form if the download option is available.
6. Submit their Application Form along with attested Copies of the following documents should submit at the Assistant Registrar (Admin & Coord, University of Health Science, Khayaban – e – Jamia, Punjab, Lahore.
