Benazir Income Support Programme BISP Jobs 2025 a flagship social protection initiative of the Government of Pakistan, is seeking applications from experienced professionals for various consultancy roles. These positions are part of the Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Project funded by the World Bank. The program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to social development and resilience-building in Pakistan.

VACANT POSITIONS

• Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Design and Operations)
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Sixteen years of education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Social Protection.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in a relevant field.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing innovative social protection models, including digital finance, cash transfers, and G2P payments.
    • Familiarity with procurement processes and evaluation of financial proposals.
• Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Monitoring and Evaluation)
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Sixteen years of education in Management Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
    • Proficiency in statistical tools and data management software, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Stata, and R.
    • Strong analytical and report-writing skills are essential.
• System Development Specialist (NSER/CCT)
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Management from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in system development, including backend and frontend technologies such as C#, .Net, REST API, AngularJS, and WordPress.
    • Knowledge of scalable database systems (Oracle, MySQL) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
    • Proficiency in designing APIs and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Lead Data Scientist
  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, with specialization in discrete mathematics or algorithm design, from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and software development.
    • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORACLE is preferred.
    • Proficiency in collaborative, multi-tier team environments.
