3. Appointments in BPS-02 to BPS-05 shall be made from persons living within the territorial jurisdiction of the University of Swat (District Swat and Shangla) as per provision of Section-4 read with Section 11(5)(1) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 Amended upto date.
