IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & HOW TO APPLY

1. The posts are purely Non-Government and Non-regularizable.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
3. The list will be displayed on the Notice Board and hospital website.
4. No Individual call letters for interviews shall be issued.
5. Intimation will be through SMS V and WhatsApp only.
6. The applicants must submit attested two sets of photocopies of relevant testimonials/ certificates/character certificate/valid experience/03-passport size photographs (attested) including detailed CV with mentioned valid Address, Mob No. and Mail, education documents from Matric onwards.
7. Experience Certificates along with Domicile of Punjab & CNIC. The application Form can be downloaded from website https://www.mayohospital.gop.pk.
8. The applications addressed to undersigned will be received through the Main Diary Branch.
9. Affidavit that the applicant will not be involved in any litigation against the hospital and that the applicant is/shall not be pledged at any other place and will solely work as dedicated employee of Mayo Hospital Model Pharmacy.
10. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
11. The candidates must bring all original documents at the time of interview.
12. All applications completes in all respects must reach through courier/by hand.
13. No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for the Interview.
14. The Mayo Model Pharmacy will work 24/7.
15. The Mayo Model Pharmacy duty will be assigned as per decision and approval of MPMC.
