Sindh Education Foundation SEF Jobs 2024 announced in Karachi. Sindh Education Foundation working for the promotion and development of education under the Government of Sindh has contracted M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PwC network) for hiring suitable, competent, dynamic and willing team of professionals holding domicile and PRC of Sindh province against following positions. Both male and female who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply for these posts. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & HOW TO APPLY

  1. For all positions (except positions based at Head Office, Karachi); the potential candidates holding Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of the same district for which positions are being advertised shall be given preference.
  2. However, in case of unavailability of suitable candidates from the same district, the candidates holding domicile of neighboring districts will be given preference.
  3. Candidates applying for the positions at the Head Office of the organization in Karachi shall be holding domicile and PRC of the Sindh Province.
  4. All appointment against the vacant positions, shall be on a probationary period of (02) years.
  5. One candidate can apply for only one position at a time.
  6. In case no candidate is selected for an offered position, the selection committee may offer such position to eligible candidate from the waiting list / merit list.
  7. Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original HEC verified degrees at the time of the interview.
  8. Employees of Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous organizations shall apply through the proper channel.
  9. Their salary, allowances and perks would be provided in accordance with the last pay certificate (LPC) issued by their respective authority.
  10. Per Quota for minorities, women and differently-abled candidates shall be applicable as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
  11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test by the testing agency.
  12. Those candidates who will qualify the written test will be called for the interview by the testing agency.
  13. Candidates recommended by the testing agency will called for final interview by the selection committee.
  14. The recruitment process is strictly merit-based; any attempt to influence the process shall result in immediate disqualification of the candidate.
  15. Any other perk and benefit and allowance shall be provided to the selected candidates as per SEF’s policy.
  16. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for test and/or interview.
  17. Age relaxation will be given in accordance with relaxation rules of Government of Sindh.
  18. The organization reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel any vacancy at any stage without mentioning the reason.
  19. The candidates meeting the eligibility criteria may apply online at https://apply.sts.net.pk
  20. After submission of the online application candidates may download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only) and deposit it in any branch of ABL/MCB Bank Ltd.
  21. Please note the paid challan is non-refundable.
  22. Candidates are required to upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC Form-D, one recent photograph, transcript, or degree certificate when applying online.

  24. The date, time, and venue of all tests shall be intimated through call letters, SMS, and the website of SIBA Testing Services (STS).
  25. Further, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well.
  26. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
  27. Applications sent through courier / fax /e-mail or sent in person will not be considered.
